A
  1. Cushing disease - An ACTH releasing adenoma, or corticohyperplasia in hipophisis.
  2. Paraneoplastic secretion of ACTH, usually from SCLC

A

MC is adrenal adneoma, but can also be carcinoma or hyperplasia.
ACTH will be low
