What is the syndrome of Cystic Fibrosis ?
Cells of bronchi produce thick, sticky mucus that clogs the respiratory tract.

Fuse with cell membrane of the cells of trachea and bronchi.

Lack of enzymes that involved in the development of certain types of WBC which are responsible for immunity

Virus.
What is the target cell of SCID gene therapy ?
Stem cells.
Where can we extract the target cell for SCID gene therapy ?
Bone marrow.
