APU General limits

Ground ops only
Temperature -43C - 48.9C/ ISA+35
Attended by pilot or engineer during operation
APU Bleed air must be switched off before engine bleed air selected on
Shut down prior to takeoff
Ground De-icing should be avoided during use and bleed must be off if operating
Load of 1.0 may be exceeded only during engine start

Refuelling:
No gravity refuelling
No starting or shutting down during refuelling
Left fuel tank must have fuel to run APU during refuelling
Fuel truck must be 30’ from APU exhaust outlet

-flap 0 below 500'
VOR without DME not permitted in NAV/APP
No Backcourse approaches
