What was the Emancipation Proclamation?
Any southern states conquered by the Union had to abolish slavery

What did the 13th amendment do?
It abolished slavery everywhere in America after the civil war

said that the right to votes couldn’t be denied according to race, colour or previous servitude

2 friends of the president cornered the gold market by spreading rumours which allowed then to buy all the gold and then sell it at a huge profit
