There is a stigma to Mental Health - approximately 20% (1 in 5) of all Canadians will have some type of Mental Health Diagnosis

Define Abnormal Psychology
A
A branch of psychology that deals with the description, causes and treatment of abnormal behaviour patterns.

Is it easy to determine whether a behaviour is abnormal?
A
No, it is hard to determine if it is an unusual behaviour for the individual- what makes it easy is if it is harmful or destructive to the person or those around them.
