Multi engine turbine aircraft where flight time (OEI CRZ speed in still air) from point on route to adequate aerodrome is less than the threshold time for the aeroplane
Minimum sector altitude (MSA 25NM)
Lowest alt that provides minimum clearance of 1000 ft (or 2000 in mountainous zones) above all objects within a circle of 25nm radius centred on a radio nav aid or Aerdrome Reference Point
