A

Harvard step test

Record resting heart rate
Then step up and down on a bench for minutes
Then sit down and record your heart rate hr following this
Then recrd for another minute and then another minute follwoign this

Put into formula 30000 divided by all the hr added together

A

1 minute press up test

Lie face down on mat
place your hands on map underneath your shoulders and striaghten them out
This is the starting position
lower body until at 90 degress in your elbows and return to starting position.
This is one rep
record how many reps in a minute

what is the test for flexibility

A

sit and reach test

lace sit and reach box against the wall
place one foot with no shoes on against the box with the leg extended
with the other leg bend it and keep it parrael to the other leg
place palms of your hands on top of box
reach forward 3 times and on the third attept hold for 2 secs
Repeat on other leg

what is the test for strength

A

Hand grip dynamometer

Hold it in one hand with the base resying on the heel of the palm of your hand and the handle resting in the middle of your 4 fingers
Hold it directlty Infront of you and squeeze as hard as possible for 3 secs
repeat x3 with 10 secs rest ebtweeen each one
Repeat on other arm

A

what is the test for power

A

vertical jump test

place chalk on fingertips and draw a line on the wall with it with the arm fully extended
then jump a shigh as possible and draw a new mark
repeat 3 times to get an average

what is the test for reaction time

A

ruler drop test
sit on chair with your elbow resting on the table
get someone to drop the ruler with the 0 mark resting in between your thumb and index finger
Then when they drop it catch as soon as possible and repeat x3 to calculate average

what is the test for speed

A

30m speed test

Line up at start line
someone say go and another person starts stop watch at a 30m mark
then the person sprints to 60m
the time is recorded from 30m-60m

what is the test for agility

A

agility T test

Place 4 cone sin the shape of a T
One starting cone placed in the middle and then another one 10m directlty in front
Then 2 cones one wither side of that cone 5 m either side
the person will run from cone one to 2 then side step from the middle cone to the cone on the left then side step to the cone on the right and back to the middle they will then run backwards to cone one and touch it
The time will be recorded from when they leave the cone to when they touch it

what is the test for balance

A

stork stand

Get in stork stand position with hands on hip and one leg raised and bent with the foot placed on the inside of the other legs knee cap
Slwoly raise the heel off the ground
close your eyes
Stay in this positon for as long as possible and record time until they lose balance
