What is Tres Leches?
Sponge cake layered with condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk with vanilla bourbon. Topped with a fluffy caramelized meringue of whipped eggs, swimming in a peach coulis.
Tres Leches literally means ‘three milk’, hence the recipe that uses three kinds of milk. Dessert contains brandy.

Dulce de Leche.
