Chocolate Ganache, Hazelnut Cremuex, Brown Butter Financier
Description: Chocolate tart shell that’s layered with a milk chocolate hazelnut cremuex, brown
butter financier (a small French cake that is flavored with nuts) and topped with a 64% dark
chocolate ganache. Plate is garnished with chocolate sauce, and a feuilletine and hazelnut
chocolate crumb.
