Continuous Training

A

The performer works without rest for a sustained period of time within their heart rate training zone.
Ran around the playground – trying to complete as many laps as possible
Minimum of 20 minutes
Tracked Heart Rate after every lap
Set a target to remain in Zone 2 for the full session
Recorded training diary after session

FARTLEK

A

The performer is continuously on the move but at different paces. This can vary from sprinting to jogging to walking.
Around the Astro
Walk, Jog, Half-Pace, Sprint
Minimum of 20mins
Monitored HR after 10 and 20mins
Completed Training Diary after the session

Conditioning Training

A

The performer is able to develop physical skills specific to the sport as well as the main goal of their PDP.
Usually, 30-40 minutes long
Skills practice with a demand on CRE (for example, our 1v1s)
Usually finished with a conditioned game
