Difference between a development brief and a project brief?
*Development - high level strategic document that sets out the vision, objectives and key requirements for a development opportunity. Typically used in the early stages of planning
*Project - more detailed document that translates the development brief into specific requirements for a particular project. More focus on scope, spec, budget, programme
