Diet + exercise

Metformin

Sulfonylureas (glipizide, glyburide, glimepiride)

GLP-1 (exenatide, liraglutide)

Insulin

Rapid: humalog, novolog

Short: humulin-R

Intermediate: humulin, novolin

Long acting: levemir, lantus

Pregabalin: diabetic neuropathy
