    diagnosis:EGD with biopsy
    tx: specific to type of infection: candida (fluconazole/ketoconazole); HSV (acyclovir), CMV (ganciclovir)

Work up: EGD (need biopsy), could also order barium swallow
Diagnosis: EGD
tx: dilation, resection if malignancy
