has history of operational defiant disorder, higer risk of antisocail personality disorder

eitology of ODD and CD
part of childs constitional temperament
due to difficutly so they act out and throw tantrums ( do not know how to express)
negative reinforcement of misconduct (the parent say nvm when the child says no)
dyfunctional family

same symptoms of Conduct disorder
must be more than 18
symptoms start before age 15
different from CD because of age and onset
INTERMITTENT EXPLOSIVE DISORDER
low fustration tolerance (high anger reaction)
verbal agression which is disporpotional to the situation
non damaging physical agression occurs frequently
you angry cus your dinner is late
or because the dog is barking
usually not aggressive between episodes
Adjustment disorder with distrubance of conduct
Violation of rules
psychoscocial stressor
can’t be explained by CD or ASPD
DMDD
severe temper outburst disproportunate to stressor
irratible baseline mood
said to be severe ODD
must be below 18 yrs
kleptomania
recurrent irresistible stealing of unneeded object
impulsive disorder
violation of rights
no other cause
pleasure from the task (stealing)
Pyromina
multiple action of lighing fires for gratification or pleasure
fascination with fires
