Die casting process

A
  1. Permanent moulds (dies) are made in sections to facilitate the components’ removal
  2. Using the ladle, molten metlas is poured into shot chamber
  3. The ram pushes the molten metal into the cavity
  4. Once solidified, the moveable die half is removed
