what are the 4 phases of atkins diet

A

 Phase 1: Keto diet -> very little carb (20-25 grams of carb), very stricted
 Phase 2: Can induce ketosis for some people. 25-50grams of carbs. Has seed and leafy vegetables included in the diet
 Phase 3: 50-80g of carb -> low carb diet
 Phase 4 : 80-100 grams of carbs more liberal low fat diet
