Fundamentalists — It is literal: a literal way and is the word of god and cant be inerrant (not wrong) and literally true and reject scientific discoveries.
Liberals — It is metaphorical: metaphorical way believing that science and religion can together explain Creation.

A
Day 1 — Light was created.
Day 2 — Sky was created.
Day 3 — Dry land, seas, plants and trees were created,
Day 4 - The Sun, Moon and Stars were created.
Day 5 — Creatures that live in the sea and creatures that fly were created,
Day 6 — Animals that live on the land and humans were created (imago dei)
Day 7 — God rested, making this a Holy Day.
