What is the criteria for appeal?
A
- Real prospect of success or
*Some other compelling reason - For second appeal, must be prospect of success AND imp point of principle/practice/other compelling reason
- This is different to the grounds of appeal which are that the decision was wrong in fact/law/discretion OR unjust in serious procedural/other irregularity
