A
Greater than 40kg, refractory to 3 or more shocks, administered 300mg Amiodarone, VF/pulseless V Tach never converted

What is front and back placement for pads?
A
Over left precordium (under nipple) and under shoulder blade

How long do you charge LP15 for on both prior to shocking?
A
15 seconds

Who performs shock?
A
One person performs both shocks

Anterior-Lateral placement of pads
A
Lateral to the pts left nipple in the midaxillary line with the center of the electrode and the other one on PTS right torso below the clavicle
