Who is on the PARC?
Chairperson:
o Deputy Chief of Operations. If an involved employee reports directly to the Deputy Chief of Operations, the Chief of Police will appoint a Chairperson to serve on the committee temporarily.

o One person at the rank of Lieutenant.
o One civilian supervisor.
o Three citizen residents, who are not employed by the City and who are appointed at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
