A

dopamine is a neruotransmitter made in NS that has functioning changing NS functioning

however hospitals may administer dopamine to raise heart rate

so dopamine is a drug when administered but a neurotransmitter when the brain produces it naturally

emphasis on physiological functions also has limitations
