what is psychopharmacology
study of how drugs affect mood, perception, thinking, or

dopamine is a neruotransmitter made in NS that has functioning changing NS functioning
however hospitals may administer dopamine to raise heart rate
so dopamine is a drug when administered but a neurotransmitter when the brain produces it naturally
besides the dopamne example, how else does the definition of psychoactive drugs fall short
