The Emergency Commnications Centre Shift Commander
until such time as it is handed to a police member in the field

A
P1 and P2 jobs

Will the ECC Shift Commander retain responsibility for a job?
A
Sometimes. They may have a Forward Commander in the Field, but they will retain overall control of the incident.
They can also take command back from the field.
