What is EDS
Employment Diversity Section
Any employee who witnesses or becomes aware of inappropriate conduct or harassment?
WILL immediately report the conduct to a supervisor, acting supervisor, and/or EDS.

Act, practice, or behavior on a protected class that has a negative effect on that group compared to another group (ie, treating whites better than blacks)

Unwelcome conduct against a protected class that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

Unwelcomed
Conduct directed at a member of a protected class
Offensive to the recipient and to a reasonable person
Conduct that is severe or pervasive (repeated)
