upset of act of uniformity, led by local clergy, Exeter blockaided by 6000, demanded restoration of 6 articles, lasted till august.
kett rebellion?
norwhcimh, second largest city, 16000 led by Robert kept, able to capture Norwich in 6 weeks, crushed by John Dudley and 4000 rebel casualties . rebels had 29 articles of economic demands e.g end to enclosure.
battle of pinkie?
somerset and Dudley defeated Scots art the battle of pinkie, who were allied to the French , allowed English control of the border.
Cranmer?
believed to hold lutheran views, 1549 released book of common prayer
debasement of coinage?
coinage debased in 1551, led to rising inflation and food prices.
this was later evaluated which halted inflation.
