Predisposing factors

A
  • contact sports
  • weakened ligaments
    eg. Elhers-dalnas syndrome , hyper mobility
    -previous injury (weak ligaments)

Rehabilitation / treatment

A
  • increase ROM by elbow extension and flexion by:

-bicep curls
-triceps extension
- forearm rotations
- grip strengthening exersices

  • recovery 6 weeks
