1
Q

Define Current Electricity.

A

Is the movement of electrons through a wire, due to the attraction between negative and positive particles that pull the electrons to the protons. It is also due to electrons being repelled by other negative particles.

Q

Define Static Electricity.

A

Is a build of an electrical charge within or on the surface of a material. The charge remains until it is able to be released through an electric current.

Q

What is resistance?

A

It is the restriction of the flow of electrons through a wire. All wires have resistance, but long, thin, cool wires have the most resistance.
