  • Aufbau Principle: E- Fill in the lowest energy level, attracted to P+
  • Pauli Exclusion: Electrons in the same orbital must have opposite spins > Prevents Repulsions
  • Hund’s Rule: Electrons spread out within a sub level before pairing
