Working towards shared goals: Work towards a common purpose, better able to help child meet expected outcomes
Accessing advice and support: A shared approach and clear communication will enable all professionals working with child to have better access to info and to share advice and support
Improving referrals: professionals referring children who aren’t meeting development milestones to specialist as soon as possible
