What are the dangers of microwaves?
A
Can cause internal heating of body cells by heating the water inside our body and potentially killing cells.

What are the dangers of infrared?
A
Can burn skin.

What are the dangers of ultraviolet?
A
Can damage skin cells, causing sunburn. Over time, exposure to UV can cause skin cancer. UV can also damage the eyes leading to eye conditions.

What are the dangers of X-Rays and Gamma?
A
Can cause mutations and damage the cells in the body. May cause cancer.

How does ionization work?
A
EM waves with high energy have enough energy that they can break away electrons from their atoms. You have positively charged cells. If the positive charges start to chemically react, they can therefore lead to mutations and lead to cancer.
