What was a flapper?
A young woman who defied cultural norms and was considered trendy and unladylike.
What was the red scare and what did it cause?
The red scare was when Americans feared the rise of communism and it caused a lot of discrimination towards immigrants, especially ones from eastern and southern Europe.
How did some white Americans react to the Harlem Renaissance and great migration?
Many reacted with fear and resistance, this contributed to the resurgence of the KKK and increased racial violence.

A political war fought mainly between the US and the Soviet Union. It was mostly fought over Communism vs Capitalism. Both sides wanted to stop the spread of the other. (domino theory)
