-Repetition of bloody disgrace
-Colloquial language of bloody disgrace
-Characterisation of Ted
EXPLAIN: The repetition and colloquial language of “ bloody disgrace” emphasises the act of hitting a women during the 1970’s as a discouraged event, showing the progress in the treatment of women during 1970’s Australia.
