A

Sodium alginate/mix with enzyme/ into calcium chloride for 15 mins/ dropped with syringe/leave to harden/ rinse

Application

A

Shorts straws in 2 funnels/ mix yeast with water in 1 (control)/ place immobilised cells in other/ all equal volume of sucrase/ glucose test strips/ Free yeast- cloudy. Immobilised- clear.
