Fire in flight
- OEI flight condition
- < 100 kts
- Raise guard/press fire sw
- Press Bot1/Bot2
- Start clock
- Identify affected engine
- Single eng emer shutdown
- Alert passengers

If fire light on after 1 min
10.press bot1/bot2
If remains- land immediately
OEI flight condition
-maintain normal engine within OEI limits
-trim rotor rpm to max
-attempt to obtain safe single engine flight condition.
Bat temp (on ground)
-Bat Mstr off
- shut down engines.
Battery must be inspected/replaced
Bat temp (inflight)
-Bat mstr sw off
-LASA possible
-perform engine shutdown
-visually inspect battery
If visual inspection no indication of overheating
-start up
-bat mstr sw off
-LASA practical
Eng1/eng2 fail
-OEI flight condition
-identify affected engine
-single eng emer shutdown
-LASA practical
Fire on ground
-raise guard press fire sw
-turn off both fuel prime pumps
-press bot1/bot2
-start clock
-double eng emergency shutdown
If fire on after 1 min
-press bot1/bot2
-Bat mster off
Low Fuel 1/2
-Check fuel quantity
If positive indication
-check both transfer switches on
-check xfer pump CB in
If BOTH low fuel lights remain:
-Land within 10 min
If ONE remains:
- Expect single engine failure
Rotor Rpm
-check Rpm tach
- adjust collective appropriately
XMSN oil press
If ONE indicator is below 1 bar
- reduce power
-LASA practical
If BOTH
-LAND IMMEDIATELY
MIN POWER
Master caution light
Check CAD
Reset
Avion ovht
Max remaining open time 30 min
-check inst cool cb
If caution remains,
-LASA practical
-maintain high speed for cooling.
Bat Disch
-check dc volts, gen amps, bat amps
If light present with functioning gen
-bat mstr off
-LASA practical
If operating on batt
- reduce batt load
-LASA practical
Bat Discon
-check bat master
If remains:
LASA practical
Bleed air
-turn on/off bld htg rheostat
If disappear, Continue flight
If comes on again, engine performance may be degraded
Cad fan
Don’t start engines
Bustie opn (inflight)
If gen amps >200 amps
-affected gen off
-LASA practical
Gen Amps <200
LASA practical
CPDS OVHT
Max remaining time in environment 30 min
-check inst cool cb
-push “push for air” knob
-vent cockpit rheostat to high
-vent cabin sw on
If remain on
-LASA practical
Doors
- checked closed lock
If remains
-LASA Practical
Eng chip (on ground)
-Fuzz burn 1 sec
-record chip pulse
-monitor engine parameter
If goes off, CM
If stays on:
- identify affected engine
-single engine emer shutdown
Eng chip (in flight)
-Fuzz burn 1 sec
-record chip pulse event
-monitor engine parameter
If goes off, CM
If remains:
-OEI conditions
-identify affected engine
-single eng emer shutdown
Or idle and monitor parameters

If remain on more than 1 min:
