EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office)

P2P (Prospecting to Performance)

RAID Log

SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
A measurable value that indicates how effectively an individual, team, or organization is achieving specific objectives. KPIs are used to evaluate success, monitor performance, and guide decision-making in areas such as productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
In this context, RPA refers to the use of automation technology to handle repetitive and rule-based tasks in key workflow areas to improve effectiveness. RPA tools mimic human actions to automate processes, reducing manual work, increasing accuracy, and boosting productivity in key project workflows.
Project Kickoff Date
The official start date of the project, marking when the project team begins working on tasks and deliverables.
Business Case
A document outlining the justification for the project, detailing the problem or opportunity, potential benefits, costs, risks, and return on investment (ROI).
Project Charter
A formal document that authorizes the project and provides a high-level overview, including objectives, scope, key stakeholders, and assigned roles.
SOW/Contract
(Statement of Work/Contract) A detailed description of the work to be performed under a contract, specifying deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
Project Budget
The allocated financial resources for the project, covering all costs such as labor, materials, equipment, and overheads.
Unanet
A project management software platform used for tracking time, budgets, resource allocation, and project financials.
Project Schedule
A timeline of all project activities, milestones, and deadlines, including task assignments and dependencies.
Communication Plan
A document detailing how project information will be distributed, including the frequency, channels, and audience for communications.
