Explain the fighter leader concept.
-The fighter leader concept is a fire team with a squad leader must fight through and lead their unit to the goal objective. Even during the Fog of War, Squad leader or fire team knowing the objective will be more effective as a team than verbally communicating during it. Also as a leader, you must maintain situation awareness at all times and be prepared to fire and execute the movements on the enemy.

List the six tactical tenets and define, explain, or give examples of each. The follow are the six tactical tenets, I used "AB CAGE"
1) Achieving a decision. It is bias for action focus on critical vulnerability 2) Being Faster - It is to interrupt Enemy's OODA loop. Being faster thinking then the enemy allows more opportunity for time. 3) Cooperating – Initiative and being self-disciplined. As a team need to take action via ideas and give rather wait for directions. 4) Adapting – Improvise, being flexible, anticipate. To be able to connect with the situation you are in or to be in such as environment or conditions. 5) Gaining an Advantage – Combine arms dilemma. 6) Exploiting success and finishing – Learn and build from what has succeeded and finish it hard.
