What’s the difference between aerobic and anaerobic
Aerobic: Activity that uses large muscle groups like running or swimming
Anaerobic: intense short burst of activity in which the muscles work so hard that they produce energy without using oxygen like 100m dash or lifting weights
Difference between good stress and bad stress
Good stress is when the stress makes you do better or good
Bad stress is when you are so stressed that your struggle and do things bad
Stages of physiological response to stress
Initial alarm reaction - Fight or flight ( prepare body to defend or flee the threat)
Resistance- Fight ( ability to resist challenge or attack )
Exhaustion/ Fatigue- energy levels ability to manage stressors lower ( physical wear and tear )
Physical Fatigue- Muscle soreness, pain decreased reaction time
How can we deal with stress
- Dont over scheduling
- Be realistic ( don’t try to be perfect )
- sleep
- Learn to relax
- exercise
- Watch what your thinking ( out look )

- Cognitive stressors- situation
- Personal behaviour- negative reactions caused by drugs

What’s the difference between mainstream, sidestream, and passive smoking
Mainstream is when you smoke and it goes in to your lungs
Passive is when you breath in other peoples smoke
Side stream is when the smoke doesn’t go in to your lungs instead it goes in the area surrounding you
What is nicotine
It’s a stimulant found in cigarettes and it increases blood pressure and heart rate it’s very addictive
What are health risk with chewing tabacco
It’s a cancer causing substance and more nicotine is in it
