A

When you breathe in, diaphragm contracts downwards, ribs expands outwards, lungs get bigger.
When you breathe out, diaphragm relaxes, moves upwards, ribs go inwards, lungs get smaller.

The process of oxygen and carbon dioxide moving between lungs + blood. Diffusion occurs when substances move from area of high concentration to low.

No. of breaths per min , increases when you exercise.
