Collaborator - Work with the school to assess needs, develop IEP, etc
Consultant - Serves as a resource to the parents
Coordinator - organizes activities such as the IEP review
Transition sevices
Results oriented, based on the child’s needs
Person-centered transition
based on the understanding and commitment to each student’s needs and preferences, and it must be developed within the student’s IEP

SSI and Disability helps with monetary issues

Medicaid if you get a cash supplement
