Moderate and Vigorous intesity
to achieve a total energy expenditure of 500-1000 METminwk
Resistance training
for each major muscle group, 2-3 d*wk; 2-4 sets; 8-12 reps/set
Flexibility exercises
A total of 60 s per exercise; >2 d*wk is recommended
