A

Nebulização
=com atb: fluoroquinolona 1:10
= com antifungico: voriconazol 10 mg/mL

Associado com:
1. colirios/ pomadas e oral (fluoquinolonas ou tetraciclinas)
2. Cultura e sensibilidade (flushing ou caseo)
3. Vitamina A = 50.000 UI/Kg semanal, IM

OBS: clamidófilas e micoplasma são intracelulares, por isso é difícil tratar com atb hidrossolúveis.
