The ability to budget personally and professionally is required when it comes to being successful in managing expenses.

We use a requisition database to track and report our production and non-production items purchased. Employees needs and other disposable items like rags, wire brushes, paint brushes, are some commonly ordered items.

Pull allows us to control inventory by mapping out our manufacturing process with the needs of our customers.

Pull allows us to only do what is required and to do it when it is required. Which helps to cut down waste, over production and process

What I have learned from the pull trigger is that if used correctly and communicated efficiently, it helps all departments to function easily
