  1. Know the scripts so well that… even distractions can’t get me off script.
  2. Be truly interested in their answers because they need to feel heard and understood.
  3. Enthusiastically Repeat
  4. Enthusiastically Approve
  5. Ask Next Question on Script
  6. Close for Appointment once I have their motivation
  7. Repeat, Approve, and Close Again

  1. Learn expired Script word for word.
  2. Say them as quickly as I can remember them; be competitive.
  3. Master tone and pauses.
  4. Master Repeat and Approve
  5. Master ALL objections, especially ones I hate.
  6. Master Closing techniques.
  7. Don’t be upset when someone who isn’t closable tells me, “no”.
