name a strength?
It made substantial use of comparisons between convicted offenders and the
general population. This means that the sample size is large enough to suggest some reliability in Eyesenck’s findings.
name a weakness?
The theory relies too heavily on the self-report measures of personality, which is unreliable.
name a limitation
less impulsive offenders with ‘low N’ may never be caught. This means that the research lacks validity as it does not present the full story.
