Intro machine and applications
I would advise you to prioritise skin hydration, sun protection, and avoid heat and other treatments for 24-48 hours.
How the machine works
This machine works by stimulating nerves and muscles, causing contractions and promoting toning and firming. It generates an interrupted direct current that is delivered through conductive pads placed on the skin. Sensory nerves are stimulated, which sends a message to the brain, which sends a message to the motor nerves to contract.
Contraindications
- the specific contraindications to this machine are blood clots, epilepsy, pregnancy, implants, and any metal in or on the skin.
Effects
Muscle contraction and strengthening, Improved motor control and re-education, enhanced circulation and metabolism.
Safety precautions
Pad areas correctly, dampen pads with conducting gel, use the correct intensity and time, turn up the conductor, and do not move the pad while the current is flowing.
Contraindications
Sore muscles, tissue damage, muscle fatigue, itchy, soreness
Home care advice
I would advise you to focus on hydration, avoid sun exposure, avoid hard exercise for the remainder of the day to allow muscles to recover, stretch or massage muscles if they feel tight to relieve tension. Book another treatment 2-3 times a week for a course of 10 treatments.

Arms uses split padding – Biceps, Triceps
Legs – Longitudinal – Hamstrings, Quadriceps
Abdomen – Dual padding – Rectus abdominus, Obliques
