The machine I have chosen for you today is the G5. The reason I have chosen this machine is to stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory systems, for pain relief and recovery, deep muscle relaxation and cellulite reduction.

This machine is a mechanical form of massage.
It uses a machine to produce a powerful, deep massage with applicator heads. The device’s heads move quickly, and each head targets different areas. It mimics manual massage techniques such as effleurage, petrissage and tapotement but with more pressure.

For safety precautions I have sanitized the attachment before and after use, I am using talc as a medium, I have the machine on the correct intensity to produce 1st-degree erythema and I am feeding tissue into the head, I will make sure that I do not massage over bony areas including spine and that I will keep the head flat on the skin. I turn the machine on under the bed.

Drink plenty of water after the session to rehydrate and flush out waste, Rest for a few hours post-treatment, Avoid intense exercise for 12-24 hours to prevent overworking sore tissues. Eat light, balanced meals. Apply a moisteriser to help maintain skin hydration.
