Month of Ramadan is great blessing for Muslims as Holy Qur’an was revealed to Holy Prophet in this month

creates piety and fear of Allah, forgiveness of sins granted by Allah due to earnest worshipping during month of Ramadan
What happens when a man isolates from eating and drinking?
When man isolates from eating and drinking, keeps wants in check for a whole month and spends most of his time in good deeds and prayers, develops dislike for evil and can easily withstand inviting desire of satan
What do you do before keeping fast?
Get up at night for Sehri and Niyyat should be made for fast

Deliberately eating or drinking
Smoking
To keep anything in mouth that melts
Bleeding from teeth
Swallowing something which is not used as food or drink or medicine
Injecting some liquid medicine into body
Intentional vomiting
Entering of water in throat while gargling
