Being involved in CIA and being an instructional leader means supporting teachers through the observation process. Observation and feedback is all about developing the knowledge and skills of teachers. Be visible and a resource for staff.
In order to ensure students are learning we need to effectively monitor their learning outcomes in an ongoing and informative process.

RTI Process - all means all. No matter who your child has they will receive additional time and supports to learn. Developed a tiered intervention system. Staff met weekly in PLC Data teams to analyze
Data and develop interventions.

McKinney-Vento Homeless Act

A

Go to school, no matter where you live or how long you have lived there.
Be given access to the same public education provided to other children, including preschool education.
Continue in their school of origin or school of residence.·
Receive transportation, if it is feasible, to the school of origin or school of residence.
Attend a school and participate in school programs with children who are not homeless.
Enroll in school without giving a permanent address.
Enroll and attend classes while the school arranges for the transfer of school and immunization records or any other documents required for enrollment.

Title VII Native American Education

A

Recognizes the special education and culturally-related academic needs of American Indian students and provides the following services to meet those needs:

-Advisory Services are available and cover academic, personal and/or career/ college problems. Students are encouraged to avail themselves of this help to assess progress toward their educational and vocational goals.
-Tutorial Services
The Native American Education Department provides tutorial services in required subjects and assists the students in meeting minimum requirements for graduation.
Student Activities
The Native American Education Department offers Indian students many opportunities to participate in high school, college/career/personal growth and developmental workshops, in addition to community activities.
