Make feedback effective

A

Source- who provides it
Timing- how quickly after performance was it provided
Order- positives before negatives ( more open to hearing negative feedback allowing them to fully understand their weakness)
Volume- how much, should be short
Information- path to improve weakness and good info helps maintain strengths
