A

High velocity wind from intense storms causes lots of wind erosion which removes stabilising vegetation from the sand dunes. Consequently, more win erosion happens after the storm so the sand dune continues to decline

When block fall mass movement takes place by erosion, the collapsed debris acts as a barrier and prevents any further erosion of the cliff
