What are the steps in the Pendleton model?

A
  1. Check that the employee wants and is ready for feedback.
  2. Let the employee give comments/background to the behaviour or situation that has been observed.
  3. The employee identifies what went well.
  4. The manager identifies what went well.
  5. The employee states what could be improved.
  6. The manager states what could be improved.
  7. The employee and manager agree on an action plan for improvement.
